Love Kills is a Side Mission that requires the Cyber Heist DLC in The Ascent. Side Missions are obtained by speaking to NPCs and accepting their request, these side missions are secondary quests or tasks that do not have any bearing to the main story of the game, but instead, provides various information to the overall lore, as well as providing the player with different rewards upon completing a side mission.
Some young technician seems to be tangled between work and his love for a rival. He wants me to be the messenger, just hope i don't shot for being in the middle of this one.

Love Kills Walkthrough
- You can obtain this quest by making your way to the Blush Response Bar located in the adminZone. Go to the right side of the bar and accept Roland's request. This is when he'll request you to deliver a message to his love who's an employee of BioChoice Pharm.
- Take a cab or train back to Harbour and travel by foot to Ratatoskr virtDen. Be prepared for possible enemies on the way.
- You'll find Dulcinea at the far end of the Ratatoskr virtDen bar sitting on a couch, so interact with her. You'll find out that they've been laying eyes on each other for quite a while now, and she adores Roland's bravery in reaching out.
- Dulcinea won't have you go back to the Bar where Roland is, so give him a call instead. After contacting Roland, he'll have you grab a Moon Blossom from the Malhorst-Gelb Garden.
- Head on back to the adminZone and grab a Moon Blossom Flower at the Garden. The flowers are located just to the left of the statue.
- Deliver the Moon Blossom Flower to Dulcinea at Ontario's Place. Once she receives it, she'll let you know that your call with Roland alerted Mahlhorst-Gelb Corporation and that they'll be sending a kill squad to Roland at any point. She'll request you to save Roland at the adminZone, inside the Interlink station.
- Once you get to the adminZone, the kill squad will consist of 5 enemies that you'll have to take out.
- Upon neutralising the kill squad, you'll receive a call from Dulcinea thanking you for all you've done. She'll then request you to let Roland know that she's ready to meet. Shortly after, Roland gives you a call as well inviting you to their meet for a short moment so that you can be rewarded.
- Head over to the Apex Residential Complex, and you should find the couples' room in front of Room 231. After entering, you'll discover Roland's body on the second floor, lifeless. The mission ends with you reading a note by Dulcinea stating that she was just manipulating Roland for a small plan of hers and that the hit squad that was sent to kill him, was a rescue team.
