P1 PROTECTOR + EP4 PACIFIER + LIFE TRANSFER (for when facing a lot of enemies or replace it with some thing else that you think is also is good against groups of enemies) + OVERCLOCK + REJUV FIELD and for moduls: VITASIGNS BOOSTER + SPEEDHEAL MOD.
Juse armor that gives you best protection AND transmog your chest piece and leg piece in to RUNNER COAT + RUNNER TROUSERS and hide the head piece armor.
You got your self a Blade Runner character and build. Played like this on hardest difficulty from the beginning to the end.
Just remember when using pistols - you will shoot as fast as you can click. But you can use other fast shooting weapons to. :D
