Cyber Heist for The Ascent is the latest DLC available for purchase on designated platforms. Cyber Heist adds new features to the game and allows players to gain access to new Weapons, New Overworld Locations, and New Main & Side Missions as well as explore the expanded story with Kira, a former employer. Cyber Heist Overview
The added on story of Cyber Heist takes place after The Ascent's main campaign. This requires the player to have completed the base game campaign. This can also be done in co-op and only requires the host to complete the campaign. Players will explore new content with with Kira, a former employer. She has a new job that will bring new Arcology owned by the Malhorst-Gelb Group.
An added feature in the DLC is the introduction of Melee Weapons. Players will now have access to various new weapons including melee weapons, which will add a new dynamic to how players face existing powerful enemies.
Along with the added story, players can find new main and side missions, meet new characters and explore new locations and environments.
How to access Cyber Heist in the Ascent
- Cyber Heist can be accessed once you’ve completed the base game campaign. Bring your friends with you to take on this new challenging contract. Your squad has not caught up with you yet? No problem, as long as you as the host has completed the main campaign, your squad can join up and help!
How do I Download the Cyber Heist DLC?
This content requires the base game, The Ascent, to play.
- The base game, The Ascent must be owned or purchased before Cyber Heist can be accessed. It is currently available on PC, Xbox (and GamePass), and more recently, PlayStation consoles.

Can my friends play if they don't have Cyber Heist?
Yes! As long as the host player owns the Cyber Heist DLC, friends who join can play alongside you. Please note, if they are lower-level Cyber Heist will provide a challenging time. (But if your squad is up to the task, far be it from us to stop you)
Do my friends keep their Loot if they don't have Cyber Heist?
Yes, items acquired during Cyber Heist will carry back to the main game.
Can I still access Cyber Heist in NG+ but haven't finished the Main Missions?
Yes, when you converted your original save into a NG+, the original pre-ng+ remains (unless deleted manually) You can use this save to play Cyber Heist.
Can I start NG+ after completing Cyber Heist?
Yes, as long as all main missions are completed. A New Game+ Save can be created. If you would like to experience Cyber Heist with a New Game+ experience, then you will need to playthrough your New Game+ Save and complete all Main Missions.
Can I access Melee Weapons if I don't have Cyber Heist?
A melee weapon uPlus Bat is available to loot in the base game, the remaining are lootable only via Cyber Heist.
