Special Weapon

A new special weapon: stasis tech cleverly applied to live ammunition, allowing for great crowd control and pure blue chaos when used right!

Interuptor is a DLC Weapon from the Cyber Warrior Pack in The Ascent. Interuptor is a Special Weapon. Weapons are located on the loadout screen where players may assign a Primary, Secondary and Tactical Weapon. Available guns consist of different shotguns, submachine guns, assault rifles and pistols, while other gadgets take up the tactical weapon slot. Each weapon contains varying stats that are also accessible from the loadout menu.

In order to upgrade your weapon, you will need to speak to the Gun Smith and provide the required number of resources to increase its level. There are three types of components that are found through looting areas, establishments, chests, crates, from bodies, defeated enemies, and can also be acquired as a reward for completing certain Missions.

      Fun little (expensive) toy, but it stuns co-op players, annoyingly, and they are damaged by the resulting stasis explosions

        This gun stuns anyone with a shot. Its damage just makes it difficult to quickly kill enemies but who ever you hit with it isn't doing anything about it.
        The problem is that it even stuns your co-op partner. And since shooting through your allies isn't a standard feature in this game they are more often going to get in the way and YOU will get them killed by stunning them.
