Sal Mon Background Information
Among many other things, Sal Mon was once a restaurant owner in Stimtown, but he lost his establishment in a SpeedCrush bet. He has since become a scourge of the local eateries, as he is a discerning customer with a refined palate always in search of the next freebie.
Recently, he has gotten hooked on Chef Wegner's chowder (or the purported stims in it) and now Sal Mon wants you to help him secure the recipe, in what basically amounts to a petty version of corporate espionage.
