Bar owner of Ontario's Place located in the Dark Playground. Ontario and Kira go way back as he claims. He is Kira's Local Fixer in the Dark Playground, knows anyone worth knowing and can put you in touch with anyone you need. Ontario also wear a cool suit, which he states is his favorite.
